The group diversified by venturing into the hospitality industry with Chakolas Pavilion Hotel and Convention Centre in 2020. Chakolas Pavilion in Kochi is situated in the famous Sri Chitra Mill Compound,Kalamassery that housed a textile factory built in 1932, which was later purchased by the Chakolas group in 1947. To date the factory building boasts of many outstanding architectural features such as the 32 meter tall brick chimney and the timeless galleried structure. Chakolas Pavilion, Kochi is a result of extensive restoration activities of this century old textile factory. It now has reopened its gates and invites you to be a part of history!
